Our services are based on our customer's needs. We will put together recipes for your kitchen upon your request or we will add your recipe to our fine line of Veggie Medleys, Stir-Fry's, Fajita Mixes, Soup Stock Mixes, Your imagination is our limitation...

We also offer fruit and vegetable platters for all occasions e.g., birthdays, graduations, weddings, showers, holiday parties, luncheon and office meetings or just a simple get together. 

We have foodservice and retail packaging available to help you manage your produce needs. We understand that you only want to work with the best and we compromise to deliver your pre-cut produce that meets the highest of expectations. Call us, ask for samples at no charge to you.

Our extended business hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 8 pm and Sunday from 3 pm- 8 pm, making it flexible for food and produce purchasing agents to manage all the last minute needs for pre-cuts. Our job it to make your cooking experience hassle free and fun again.

We do free deliveries to all our customers in the produce terminals, greater Bay Area and the peninsula.

J.C. Kitchen was established on December of 1989.

We are a Vegetable and Fruit Manufacturing Facility serving the finest dining establishments, deli's, commissaries and well known food chains in the bay area.

Up until 2004 JC Kitchen was under sole proprietorship operated by the Cabezas Family under the supervision of his children and directed by Jesus Jr, and Maritza Cabezas, it later became incorporated in 2004 and it is still operated and directed by the Cabezas family.

And to this day, with 25 years of experience and providing quality precuts with integrity and honesty, JC Kitchen has become a reality to his founder.
